Refurbished 600cc Drench Gun – Permanently Mounted 18" Side Nozzle

Refurbished 600cc Drench Gun — Permanently Mounted 18-Inch Side Nozzle

A second life for a returned gun — with a permanently mounted nozzle.

When a customer returns a 600cc livestock oral syringe (commonly called a drench gun) with stripped nozzle threads under our new-product warranty, we replace their gun with a new one. Instead of discarding the returned gun, we convert it into a refurbished, fixed-nozzle setup.

We secure a 18-inch side-delivery nozzle to the returned 600cc gun using a backing nut and epoxy. The nozzle is permanently attached — it is not designed to be loosened, removed, or swapped.

Why Choose a Permanent Nozzle?

• The advantage: No repeated threading and unthreading of the nozzle, eliminating the usual risk of stripping those threads during nozzle changes.
• The trade-off: The gun cannot be taken apart to remove the nozzle. It stays at its full assembled length, so it will not fit into compact show boxes that require nozzle removal. The nozzle also cannot be exchanged for a different length.
